How to Place an Order

This guide walks you through the process of placing a medication order using the ADHD Simple mobile app.

Prerequisites

  • ADHD Simple mobile app installed on your device
  • Valid patient account (set up during onboarding)
  • Active prescription from your healthcare provider
  • Payment method added to your account

Step-by-Step Process

1. Open the App and Navigate to Orders

  1. Launch the ADHD Simple app from your device
  2. Log in with your credentials if not already signed in
  3. Tap on the “Orders” tab in the bottom navigation

2. Start a New Order

  1. Tap the “New Order” button or ”+” icon
  2. Review your active medications displayed on screen
  3. Select the medication you want to reorder by tapping on it

3. Confirm Medication Details

  1. Review the medication details:
    • Medication name and strength
    • Dosage instructions
    • Quantity needed
  2. Adjust quantity if needed (within prescription limits)
  3. Tap “Continue” to proceed

4. Choose Delivery Options

  1. Select delivery address:
    • Choose from saved addresses
    • Or add a new delivery address
  2. Choose delivery preference:
    • Standard delivery (3-5 business days)
    • Express delivery (1-2 business days, additional cost)
  3. Add delivery instructions if needed (optional)

5. Review and Payment

  1. Review order summary:
    • Medication details
    • Delivery address
    • Total cost breakdown
  2. Select payment method:
    • Choose from saved cards
    • Or add a new payment method
  3. Apply any discount codes if available

6. Place Your Order

  1. Review all details one final time
  2. Check the terms and conditions checkbox
  3. Tap “Place Order” to complete your purchase
  4. Note your order confirmation number for tracking

After Placing Your Order

Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an immediate order confirmation screen
  • An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email
  • SMS updates will be sent for order status changes

Order Tracking

  1. Navigate to “Orders” → “Order History”
  2. Find your recent order
  3. Tap to view detailed tracking information
  4. Track your package using the provided tracking number

Expected Timeline

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping: Based on selected delivery option
  • Total delivery time: 2-7 business days

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

“Medication not available”
  • Contact your healthcare provider to confirm prescription status
  • Check if you need a new prescription
“Payment failed”
  • Verify your payment method details
  • Ensure sufficient funds/credit limit
  • Try a different payment method
“Delivery address invalid”
  • Double-check address details for accuracy
  • Ensure the address is within the delivery area

  • You may have reached your monthly prescription limit
  • Contact your healthcare provider for prescription adjustments
