How to Place an Order
This guide walks you through the process of placing a medication order using the ADHD Simple mobile app.Prerequisites
- ADHD Simple mobile app installed on your device
- Valid patient account (set up during onboarding)
- Active prescription from your healthcare provider
- Payment method added to your account
Step-by-Step Process
1. Open the App and Navigate to Orders
- Launch the ADHD Simple app from your device
- Log in with your credentials if not already signed in
- Tap on the “Orders” tab in the bottom navigation
2. Start a New Order
- Tap the “New Order” button or ”+” icon
- Review your active medications displayed on screen
- Select the medication you want to reorder by tapping on it
3. Confirm Medication Details
- Review the medication details:
- Medication name and strength
- Dosage instructions
- Quantity needed
- Adjust quantity if needed (within prescription limits)
- Tap “Continue” to proceed
4. Choose Delivery Options
- Select delivery address:
- Choose from saved addresses
- Or add a new delivery address
- Choose delivery preference:
- Standard delivery (3-5 business days)
- Express delivery (1-2 business days, additional cost)
- Add delivery instructions if needed (optional)
5. Review and Payment
- Review order summary:
- Medication details
- Delivery address
- Total cost breakdown
- Select payment method:
- Choose from saved cards
- Or add a new payment method
- Apply any discount codes if available
6. Place Your Order
- Review all details one final time
- Check the terms and conditions checkbox
- Tap “Place Order” to complete your purchase
- Note your order confirmation number for tracking
After Placing Your Order
Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive an immediate order confirmation screen
- An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email
- SMS updates will be sent for order status changes
Order Tracking
- Navigate to “Orders” → “Order History”
- Find your recent order
- Tap to view detailed tracking information
- Track your package using the provided tracking number

- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Shipping: Based on selected delivery option
- Total delivery time: 2-7 business days
