Getting Started

The ADHD Simple mobile app provides secure access to your medication management and healthcare information. Follow these steps to log in to your patient account.

Login Process

Step 1: Open the App

Launch the ADHD Simple mobile app on your device. You’ll be presented with the login screen.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your patient account
  2. Password: Enter your secure password

Step 3: Sign In

Tap the “Sign In” button to access your account.

First Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:
  1. You should have received login credentials from your healthcare provider
  2. You may be prompted to change your password on first login
  3. Consider enabling biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for faster future logins

Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:
  1. Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

Biometric Authentication

For enhanced security and convenience, you can enable biometric authentication:
  1. After your first successful login, you’ll be prompted to enable Face ID or Touch ID
  2. This allows you to log in quickly using your biometric data instead of typing your password each time
  3. You can enable or disable this feature in the app settings

Troubleshooting

Can’t Remember Your Email

Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacy - they can help verify which email address is associated with your account.

Account Locked

If you’ve entered incorrect credentials multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait a few minutes before trying again, or contact support.

App Won’t Load

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Check if there’s an app update available in your device’s app store

Security Features

The ADHD Simple app includes several security measures:
  • Encrypted Data: All your health information is encrypted and secure
  • Session Timeout: The app will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity
  • Secure Authentication: Your login credentials are protected with industry-standard security
